As per ZaZEN Properties, more than 80% of Dubai residents are looking for properties with affordable rent, outdoor space, multiple rooms, and large outdoor spaces.

As per the report published by real estate company ZaZEN Properties, In which they claim the demand for luxury villas and townhouses in Dubai is growing, especially among the upper class and high net worth (HNWIs). Reports further mention that Dubai’s residential market also witnessed a high surge of over 43% in February.

Reportedly, in March of this year, Dubai witnessed high demand from residents for two-bedroom apartments. Citizens are demanding spacious and affordable accommodations in the city.

Additionally, Madhav Dhar, Co-Founder and COO of ZaZEN Properties said that although the UAE’s real estate market has flourished, residents and investors are becoming very cautious about purchasing.

He also added that the trend is now towards more sustainable and budget-friendly properties that offer all the basic amenities while keeping long-term maintenance costs low.
