Dubai Launches New Electronic-Services Aiming To Modernize Real Estate Governance Processes
The DLD (Dubai Land Department) has introduced Madmoun, a new electronic service to validate real estate advertisements. Madmoun aims to modernize real estate governance processes and increase investor confidence. DLD has issued a circular confirming the implementation of the newly launched electronic services. DLD customers can scan the code and get a brief look at the authorized details of a property, whether rented or sold.

This service is indicated by a QR code (Quick Response Code) and can be accessed through the Trakheesi system issued for all real estate advertising permits. All real estate companies will be required to display QR codes on audio-visual ads and printed materials from April 24.
Customers can easily verify the ad’s relevance and authenticity, and verify that the ad has been approved by RERA. The RERA ( Real Estate Regulatory Agency) is responsible for regulating the real estate sector in Dubai. It is progressive for our customers for fast and smooth usage.

The QR code allows customers to access DLD’s website to view full advertising information. This allows customers to view details including specifications, property conditions and advertised companies.
