Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences set to build world’s tallest residential tower in Dubai

As per the latest news reports, Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is planning to build the world’s tallest residential tower in the world’s fastest-growing city, Dubai.

Developers plan to raise the tower to over 100 floors, consisting of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom luxury residences. Moreover, There are also about 5 penthouses of 3 types ( Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomia and Billionaire). In addition, the billionaire penthouse type will be the top tower’s jewel in the crown.

This luxury and state-of-the-art project will be developed by Dubai Skyscraper in collaboration with Jacob and Co. However, this group also set a new trend of high standards and luxurious living.

 

So far, New York’s Central Park Tower is the tallest overall residential building in the world at 472.4m. So, the purpose of Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is to set the record for constructing one of the tallest residential complexes in the world.
