Abu Dhabi: Luxury Island Project Inside Ramhan Island

A fabulous new $3.5 billion island project has officially launched within Abu Dhabi Ramhan Islands. It is a project by Mohamed Alabbar and was announced by Arabian Business last month. The initiative comes after Mr Alabbar recently launched the $2.5 billion Marina and Durres Yacht Club in Albania.

Ramhan Island features luxury hotels, 1,000 branded residences, marinas, 1,800 overwater villas, fine restaurants, sandbars, cutting-edge shopping, and more. Targeted developers include Emaar founder and Americana Chairman’s privately owned Eagle Hills development company.

Mr. Alabbar described the island as being as pristine, natural and untouched as the newly launched island. Additionally, he expects his first villa to be completed and ready for occupancy within three years. Villas come in 8 different unique designs ranging in size from 2,862 to 7,539 square feet.

In an exclusive discussion with Arabian Business, Mr Alabbar stated that we would offer a comfortable and contemporary lifestyle never experienced before. It is rare to live on a natural island with a beach and where everything comes from nature: birds, turtles, and dolphins. He added, “I’ve been lucky enough to do so many unique and appealing projects over the years, but this is, frankly, notable.”
