As per the latest news reported on February 28th, DHA Quetta is about to announce an ‘Early Bird’ commercial plots for potential investors. The news is announced by the authorities on their official Facebook page and website.

DHA Quetta administration has finally announced its most awaited Early Bird commercial. Moreover, special preference is given to early buyers/birds on these Early Bird commercial plots. These commercial plots is announced by the management of DHA Quetta on February 28, 2023.

The following sizes are available for DHA Quetta Early Bird commercial plots:

• 4 Marla
• 8 Marla
• 1 Kanal

The newly launched Early Bird commercial plots bookings open from March 3rd to March 20th. The recent launch of DHA Quetta Commercials and has attracted large numbers of investors from all over the Pakistan. In addition, official payment plans for these Early Bird commercial plots are initiated by the DHA administration.

 

Below are Early Bird commercial plot prices:

• The total cost of 4 Marla Early Bird commercial plot is PKR 22,220,000, but booking can be made with a down payment.
• Likewise, the 8 Marla plots have a total value of 36,036,000 and can be booked by the down payment.
• 1 Kanal plot has a total price of 72,072,000 and can be booked for a lower down payment.
