As per the advertisement in national daily newspapers, Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has invited potential investors/developers, either individually or as part of a consortium, to submit proposals for design, development, construction and financing. Sales, marketing, operation and maintenance of a 10-Kanal Apartment building for the Chahar Bagh project.

As per the updates those parties that are interested in constructing the 10-Kanal Apartment for the Chahar Bagh project and having demonstrable technical and financial skills are required to submit technical and financial proposals using Single-Stage, Two Envelope technology.
The RFP deadline for submission is May 19th at 4 pm and the submitting proposals deadline is May 23rd at 4 pm. The RFP will provide by the Executive Director of Commercial a nonrefundable cost of PKR 50,000 in the form of a Pay Order/Demand Draft in the name of RUDA.

Technical tenders are held in front of bidders on the same day. However, companies that pass the technical evaluation will be contacted to open financing bids at a date to be announced appropriately.
