RUDA Project Aims to Set New Trends in the Real Estate Sector of Pakistan

The Ravi Riverfront Urban Development Project, also known as Ravi Riverfront City, is a state-of-the-art and grand project in Lahore. The project will set a new trend in the real estate sector of Pakistan by introducing the latest development and construction trends in the sector.

The project worth PKR 5 trillion has been approved by the Government of Pakistan and developed by the Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA). The grand city will be developed at the bank of the Ravi River and covers an area of 41,308 hectares.

The brilliantly planned master plan of Ravi Riverfront city consists of 6 zones, 12 districts and several phases. In addition, many luxury facilities such as a health zone, education zone, mosque, cinema, shopping center and fitness center will be built.

A major concern for developers is addressing population growth in cities. To this end, 1.4 million residential units will be built according to international development standards. This large-scale real estate project will provide unlimited investment opportunities for people. It will also create millions of jobs for those suffering from unemployment.

It is important that more than $7 billion of investment has been raised for the development of the project so far. Local and international real estate developers are showing great interest with their investment pledges.
