LDA City Announces Plot Possession in Block C, Jinnah Sector

According to the latest news, the LDA City Lahore announced the possession of plots in Block C, Jinnah Sector, in the first week of December. This announcement was made at a meeting organized by LDA Director General (DG) Muhammad Ali Randhawa and Commissioner Lahore. The commissioner ordered officials to set up a single window service at the site to facilitate prompt payment for land acquisition in LDA City. He expressed confidence that this service would ultimately benefit relevant investors and respondents in LDA city.

However, the commissioner also advised officials to start working on a plan that would entail the continued progress of ongoing development projects. He highlighted the need for a regular, proper review of LDA City. Officers assigned to the task were ordered to prepare detailed progress reports for the LDA City to streamline the process.

Additionally, at this meeting, possession procedures for Block C were specifically evaluated. Additionally, a presentation was given to highlight the progress of development, the installation of streetlights and signs, and the progress of road construction. It is also reported that the development progress of LDA City will be accelerated and completed quickly.

The meeting was also attended by Additional Commissioner General Usman Ghani, Additional DG UP Khalid Guraya, Project Director, Finance Director, LAC Director, and the LDA City team.
