The management of Lahore Smart would like to inform you of the following important information regarding residential and commercial properties. The deposit amount for 20% payment of 2.66 Marla & 6 Marla and 50% of pre-launch residential files has been extended until June 23, 2023, in consideration of various requests from members. This is a full and final notice and no further extension will be given.

1.) kindly deposit 20% of the total plot value by June 23, 2023, and collect your MS letter. It is important to note that the property will be canceled if payment is not deposited by this date.

2.) We would also like to encourage our valued customers to deposit at least 50% of the total cost of the plot by June 23rd, 2023, to avoid cancellation. This applies to the following sizes and prices of properties:
