Lahore Smart City Possession Announced for Residential and Commercial Plots
LSC makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, which would not be possible without the support of our valued customers and sales partners. In keeping with this promise, we are delighted to announce possession of Sector A and Sector B almost three years before the promised delivery date.
Lahore Smart City Possession Policy:
Sector A: The possession process will start in March 2022, IN SHA ALLAH.
Sector B: The possession process will start in May 2022, (after Ramadan), IN SHA ALLAH.
Here are more details about our possession policy:
- All those members who have booked their plots on 100% payment will be eligible for possession of plots of their own choice, subject to the start of construction works within 90 days after signing their willingness to perform on the stamp agreement.
- In the second phase, the company will announce possession of the remaining plots (if available) on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to members who book plots with 40% and 50% down payments, respectively. The customer must confirm the availability of the plot before depositing 100% of the payment in our office and must sign a willingness to start construction within 90 days.
Official Launch Date of Lahore Smart City
This mega housing project is expected to launch within a few days or weeks. Moreover, the official launch date for Lahore Smart City has not yet been announced.
