DHA City Lahore Rename As DHA Phase 13 Lahore

DHA City has now been hand over to Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore for administrative purpose. The DHA City housing society has renamed as “DHA Lahore Phase 13”. However, A case in the Apex court of Pakistan i.e. Supreme Court of Pakistan was pending for many months and a verdict has finally been given. Which has given DHA Lahore the authority to take control of the administrative responsibilities of DHA Phase 13 Lahore?

Project Details

DHA City project now developed by DHA Lahore. Besides, the Development process will be completed within the time frame given by society to investors. Possession of the plots has to be given to the file holders as soon as possible and according to the court’s order, the name of the project will also be changed from DHA City to DHA Phase 13 Lahore.

DHA Lahore has acknowledged that all issues of the file holders will resolve, according to the Supreme Court’s orders. Besides the issue resolved within the time frame given by the supreme court and in compliance with file holders. However, DHA is at the moment finalising and confirming the list of file holders in processed. According to the announcements of DHA, a new allocation letter will be issued to the people who possess DHA City files after the verification process is completed.

DHA Phase 13 Lahore Transfer will be open From 1st August 2019

Finally good news for DHA City files holder. Today organization officially publish in newspaper and publicly inform Phase 13 transfer will be open From 1st Aug 2019.
