As per the latest updates, the balloting and possession ceremony of the Overseas Prime block will take place on December 24, 2022. This balloting will include all updated files of Overseas Prime (known as Sector A and Sector B).
Lahore Smart City Overseas Prime Block Possession will be handed over as results become available and balloting will be computerized. However, it is an smart opportunity for both end-users and investors to participate in this ballot and get a handsome return.
The possession of the plots will held as per the announced criteria, including:
- All those members who pay 100% payment before 19th January will be eligible.
- All those members who pay 100% payment after 19th January will not be eligible
- Availability of plots for members is on a first-come, first-served basis.
