4th ballot of LDA City Files will take place in December | Latest Update 2022

As per the news on 11th November, the LDA has decided to hold a 4th ballot for LDA City files in December, to allocate plot numbers to file owners. However, a confirmed balloting date will be announced by Authority .

Reportedly, LDA City’s Jinnah Sector submitted funds of PKR 1.5 billion to the State Treasury to acquire the land. All procedures required for the land acquisition process have been completed.

LDA has issued a public notice to interested customers.

• Before buying a file from the owner, you should check the entitlement letter.
• Make sure that the issuance letter and exemption letter have been submitted to the LDA office.

Files issued with exemption letters by the authorities are included in the ballot. File owners who have not yet received a exemption letter must contact the relevant partner/landowner to obtain a exemption letter before November 2022.
