Third Ballot of LDA City Lahore Phase1 files to be held after Eid

According to news sources, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has decided to hold the third ballot of LDA City Lahore Phase 1 file after Eid-al-Fitr.

The announcement was made after the meeting was held at the authority’s head office under the chairman of the LDA Additional Director Rana Tika Khan.  Mr. Khan also said that all files of LDA City Phase-I will be included in this third ballot. Many senior officials of the authorities were present at this meeting.

In addition, the authorities have ballot 2,000 LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments for governmentac employees with monthly incomes of up to PKR 50,000. Authorities have communicated that the Punjab Bank will contact allottees to issue a successful applicants letter.

However, a ballot for an additional subsidy of PKR 300,000 from Naya Pakistan Housing & Development Authority (NAPHDA) for these apartments will be implemented within a few weeks. Winners of this grant offer only need to deposit a 10% down payment for LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments.
