However, the Price of the plot in Phase 5 is higher than in other areas. The demands of plot in Phase 5 are higher. It offers a great opportunity for those who are willing to invest in construction. DHA Phase 9 Prism

DHA Lahore Phase 9 Prism is not developed yet. There is no clear deadline about its possession. It will return well in upcoming 2 to 3 years near its possession. If you are looking for long term at least 2 to 3 years. Phase 9 Prism is a great choice for earning a good profit in the upcoming years. It is best to buy upper portions plots such as A, B, C, D, F blocks, etc. It also offers 5 Marla plots from 4 to 5 million, making it suitable for low budget investments as well.

DHA Phase 9 Town

It is the only option for small investments & consists of 5,8 and 10 Marla plots. In addition the plots price range in Phase 9 town between 4.5 to 8 Million. All phase is under possession and enjoys the relief benefits under construction package. However, it also an ideal option for earning good money.

DHA Rahber Phase 2 Ext

The ballot has happened, Now the plot price is same as the file price. Comparing its price with Rahber Phase 1 and 2 we can observe that in time it will gain 1 to 2 Million easily in 2 to 3 years period. For investment, only 3 Million are required. It is good for low budget investors who want to secure a plot in DHA Lahore. This area is non-possession and only good enough for capital gains.

Ivy green Phase 8

It is an underdeveloped area. However, it will get the advantage of the lowering of stamp duty to only 1%. It offers 5, 10 and 1 Kanal plots besides 4 and 8 Marla commercials. 5 Marla plots price is in between 3 to 6 million. A lot of development work has been done but DHA is falling behind to give an exact time for its possession. It is good for a low-cost investment. However, you can get a better return in 2 to 3 years near possession
