LDA Begins Development Work on Journalist Colony
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has begun development work on the grounds of the Journalist Colony. However, It is ideally located in Harbanspura which is considered as one of the prime locations. This accelerate work was initiated under the direction of Punjab’s Caretaker Chief Minister, Mohsin Naqvi.

As per the reports, when the development work is complete, the plot of this new colony will be offered to journalists. Moreover, Lahore Commissioner Muhammad Ali Randhawa visited the site and checked the development work. He was accompanied by the Provincial Minister Syed Zafar Ali Nasir and Amir Mir.
Development work includes:
- Water supply
- Electrification
- Road Network
- Sewage System
- Community infrastructure

Housing Minister Azfar Ali Nasir noted that the LDA will soon complete the development work and offer the plot to journalists. He also said this new colony will provide healthy, safe, and top-notch living to the residents. All these amazing features are available at a very affordable cost.
