Etihad Town Phase 1 Management Announced a Balloting Date of New Deal 2023

The management of Etihad Town Phase 1 is Pleased to announce the balloting of the New Block will take place on August, 14th 2023. The following member of this new block will be eligible to participate in the above ballot.

1.) 1st priority: 100% paid files can choose their plots from the 5th to 7th of June 2023 and avail 5% Discount (The discount facility is on 20th Units in total on a first come first serve basis ).

2.) 2nd priority: 50% of paid files can choose their plots from the 8th of June 2023 onward on a first come first serve basis and avail discount of 2.5% (The discount facility is on 15th Units in total ).

3.) Remaining members can avail of ballot plots on 14th August 2023 as per company policy.

The management has also decided to increase the Prices of the New Deal of Etihad Town Phase 1, effective June 17th,2023 as fellow:
