In the pursuit to revive the investment of our valued members of Sector W1 & W2, DHA Multan is pleased to announce an adjustment plan for their plots in Sector X & Y. Similar type to plot feature / non-feature will be allowed to desirous members. Key benefits to an existing member of W1 & W2 will be ” Value increase on their investment” due to following.

• Plot holders of W1 & W2 will be allotted plot at better location “Sector” than initial allotment due to direct connectivity with Ring Road and closer to Main Boulevard.
• Main Boulevard leading from Qadirpur Raan Bypass through SRA Gate will also be connected to existing Ring Road through Sector X & Y.
• Plot holders will have access to re-constructed Matital Road, Which was not available in W1 & W2 Sectors.
• Close proximity to Education/ Medical City and Sports Complex in Sector Y

The application will be received from 20 January 2021 to 19 February 2021. DHA Multan assures our members that we shall maintain transparency in terms of feature / non-feature plots by holding the separate ballot for each category.
