General Instructions

One application is only valid for one plot, so please create a new form for each application. A copy is not allowed, all form fields are required. All national and international Pakistani can apply and processing fee is  10,000 /- (non-refundable). When paying in cash, the printed form must send to DHA Multan and the payment details of overseas and local customers are as follows.

Overseas  & Local applicants have the following options:

• Submit this application online by paying the application processing fee via debit/credit card.
• The second option, fill out and print this online form to pay the application processing fee (cash only) at any bank branches of the bank mentioned in the application through friends and family, etc.  After payment at the bank, mail the duly paid & stamped application.

In short, post plot applications to, DHA Multan, 01-Multan Public School Road, Multan. Further, the application form can also submit directly from DHA Multan Main office or DHA Multan, Sub Office in Lahore.
