Possession of Plots in Sector U (10 Marla)
On 13th April 2021, Project Director, Shoaib Anwar Kayani announced possession of 10-marla plots in Sector U. DHA Multan achieved another milestone toward “Year of Livability”. After the possession of Sectors M, Q, R and Rumanza Golf Community.
At the ceremony, the project director highlighted the key features and upcoming projects of DHAM. In addition, handed over the possession of Sectors U ( 10 Marla ) plots to esteemed members to begin construction of the house.
The project Director announced the unprecedented incentives for customers ( waiver of development and utility charges). All the participants appreciated this announcement by DHAM and called it a great initiative. He also said that DHA Multan is determined to fulfill the livable dream of its worthy members on a priority.
In accordance with the content of the announced incentives, members of Sector U who have fully constructed the plots within 12 months after the DHA Multan possession date (May 31, 2022) will be given a 100% waiver of their development charges.
Similarly, those who construct plots within 13 to 14 months after the possession date can get an 80% waiver on development charges. Members who have completed construction within 15 to 16 months or 16 to 18 months after the possession date are eligible for a 60% and 50% waiver of development charges.
