DHA Gujranwala ( Defense Housing Authority Gujranwala)  has announced the date of the first Phase of the location Ballot for both residential and commercial plots,  as per a post share on its official social media page. The First Location Ballot of phase 1 is taking place on the 8th of October 2021.

DHA also announced that the ballot results will be made available in 24 hours on its official website. Categories included in the ballot will be full-paid commercial and residential options. All 5 marla residential files will be included, whereas 10 Marla and 1 Kanal ballot will be partial. The ceremony will be broadcast live.

In August 2021 Allotment Ballot of its 5, 6 and 10 Marla villas, hybrid and luxury apartments and 4, 8 Marla commercial plots on installments already took place.
