CDA Fake Plot Allotment Under Investigation – Establishment Division

The Capital Development Authority attracted attention as many officials in various departments began to be investigated by the Establishment Division, suspected of being involved in scandals related to the allocation of land plots.

The establishment department is leading the investigation of SIDRA Anwar. In addition, the 18th grade officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service and the former director of the former land CDA. The survey focuses on allegations of fake conspiracy allocation within the CDA, and Ms. Anwar is facing this claim.

For the investigation, the investigator summoned the CDA Land Department, Jamshed Khan, and Abdul Rehman. They are required to present themselves before the inquiry committee on March 27th, along with the relevant records.

Last year, a significant scandal shook the CDA due to the claimed allocation of plots with estimated values of RS. 6.9 billion. As a result, Sidra Anwar, who was a land director at the time, was fired from her position. The CDA later requested the Establishment Division investigate the police’s behavior in response to this revelation.

Afnan Alam, a former member of the estate, was arrested by the FIA following the cancellation of his bail by the court. At the same time, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) is investigating allegations of fraudulent plot allocations.
