Members of housing projects that start constructing their homes before March 31, 2023, will receive a 30% discount. That means, 15% is provided after foundation work is completed and must be completed within 3 months of starting construction. The remaining 15% is paid after all construction work is completed within 15 months from the construction start date.

Members of housing projects that start constructing their homes before June 30, 2023, will receive a 20% discount. That means, 10% is provided after foundation work is completed and must be completed within 3 months of starting construction. The remaining 10% is paid after all construction work is completed within 15 months from the construction start date.

Members of housing projects that start building their homes before December 31, 2023 will receive a 20% refund. That means, 5% is provided after the foundation work is completed and must be completed within 3 months of starting construction. The remaining 5% is paid after completion of all construction within 15 months from the start date of construction.
