Sagian repair project split by LDA  

As per the media information, the LDA ( Lahore Development Authority ) has decided to split the Sagian Interchange restoration project into two packages. Work on this project with a 2.99 billion PKR budget is expected to start on January 25th.

As per the information, Package 1 will cost PKR 1.5 billion and will consist of road construction from Saggian Interchange Band Road to Phool Mandi and Faiz Pur Interchange. The construction of the road from Pull Mandi to Sheikupura Road, which will take eight months and cost 1.48 billion PKR, is the second phase.

LDA recently published a list of pre-qualified companies for the Sagian Road project. The Punjab government's multi-billion rupee road infrastructure improvement project for the provincial capital includes the repair of Sagian Road. It is one of the busiest cities in the city as regular base travels and traffic jams use roads to get into and out of the city.
