The first project is Sheranwala Gate Flyover, which will cost PKR 4.9 billion. It is a 1km long flyover that runs from the Naulakha Police Station to the Sheranwala Gate Flyover. Being a no-signal road, the project is being built to reduce traffic congestion on the ring road.

The six-foot sidewalk will be built on either side of the road, according to Mazhar Hussain Khan, the chief engineer at the Lahore Development Authority . Moreover, the construction of sewage pipelines is progressing at a fast pace.

In addition, the second project, valued at PKR 4.3 billion, is the Shahkam Chowk Overhead Project. The project will improve public transport along the Link Canal Road from Thokar Niaz Beg to Shahkam Chowk. In addition, a third project worth 197 million PKR focuses on rainwater management. It is designed to collect rainwater and use it to water the water table and city plants.
