As per the news, the city's three projects are most likely to be completed before the deadline as development work is progressing at a rapid pace. These projects include the Shahkam Chowk Flyover, the Sheranwala Gate Flyover, the Gulab Devi Underpass and the extension of the Lahore Bridge (Kot Lakhpat).

Gulab Devi Underpass will be opened for traffic until December 20 as the underpass work is to be completed soon. Lahore Development Authority's chief engineer, Mazhar Hussain, said the rest of the project would be completed in February before the deadline.
