March 31, 2022, is the date set for Balloting by the RUDA (Ravi Urban Development Authority) Chahar Bagh for the 10 Marla and 1 Kanal plots. The long-awaited ballot is now today, raising the expectations of interested investors. Balloting officially begins a new era of economic and industrial development in Lahore and Punjab.

Chahar Bagh is a new residential project under the administration of RUDA close to the Islamabad-Lahore M-2 motorway. Moreover, close to all leading roads and places such as L-20 Lahore Ring Road and Allama Iqbal International Airport. The Ravi development project is considered an innovative planned project in Pakistan.

Interested investors and companies must submit applications by March 21, 2022. RUDA has also offered a 5% discount to overseas Pakistanis to encourage them to invest in it.

10 Marla Regular Plot is available at PKR 12 million and corner and facing park plots are offered at PKR 13.2 million
