The Punjab government has decided to allow property registration without PT-1's requirement to increase the country's position in the Ease of Work Index, news sources reported. The process of issuing stamp paper is also automated.
According to the details, regular members will receive a stamp paper from the e-khidmet center within a few days. The government is also seeking appropriate modifications to in-laws to improve the registration process. As a result, Pakistan's position on business ease is expected to improve by three points.
The government will also improve the digitization of real estate registrations and improve the mechanisms of geographic information systems.
It will also expand the jurisdiction of the e-khidmet center to provide additional facilities to the public.
