On Thursday, December 9, Malik Asad, Minister of Housing Punjab, in collaboration with a private contractor, approved Project Concept-1 (PC-1) for the construction of a hybrid economy home to be developed on government-owned land.

As per the news, the houses will be built in Sialkot and Pattoki and will cost PKR 2.275 per square foot. This plan was decided by the 82nd government body meeting of the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Authority (PHATA).
Hybrid homes are built by private companies and each home is completed in three days. During the meeting, it was decided that all construction would continue in accordance with international designs and standards.
