Pelican Builders & Property Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony on March 24th at the project site on Main Jinnah Avenue in DHA Bahawalpur to begin construction work on their flagship project 'Pelican Mall'.

As per the Malik Zulfiqar Ceo of Pelican Mall, the goal of the project was to provide a one-roof shopping complex and hotel chain in Bahawalpur. He mentioned successful examples of similar projects in other cities and said the company smartly designed this project where residents of DHA Bahawalpur will enjoy all its perks. He also said the city's hot climate and believes a fully equipped indoor shopping mall will be a huge success.

Muqtasid Malik, director of Pelican Mall, said at the event that the project will become a landmark in the city. According to him, jobs will be created as this initiative grows.
