Approval of NOC acquisition for Bahria Enclave Housing Scheme

According to news sources, CDA has already accepted Bahria Enclave-NOC. This modern housing society spread over a 12543.11 Kanal, due to its location, and approval by NOC adds appeal and charm to this project.

In addition, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) approved the Bahria Enclave architecture plan on December 29, 2020.

The NOC for the Bahria Enclave-II spanning over 1180.04 Kanal was approved on February 11, 2021. The new development gave developers and locals a sigh of relief. CDA has now accepted NOC of the Bahria Enclave-II development plan in Zone-IV (B)
