Lahore Smart City is Pakistan one of the first smart city project developed by Habib Rafique Pvt. Ltd and Future Development Holdings Pvt. Ltd A residential community offers all the top-class facilities and amenities. It is an LDA-approved project, located beautifully at the top-class location right near the M2 Highway to Kala Shah Kaku Interchange and Lahore Bypass.
Management has announced allocations for residential and commercial plots from 6 June to 1 July 2022. Phase 1 allocation will start from July 6 to July 17, 2022, and all members who have paid a 100% down payment will be able to get possession of their plots. The second allocation phase begins June 20 - July 1, and this phase will be subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
