Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has shared detailed procedures for issuing duplicate location ballot letters, according to the authority's Facebook page.
Members can get duplicate letters if they have lost their original location ballot letter. Here are the requirements:
A typed or handwritten application is required. The application is completed in the name of the DHA Multan director transfer and record branch, requesting that a duplicate location ballot letter be issued.
It also requires undertaking on PKR 100 stamped paper duly certified by the Oath Commissioner. A payment voucher or payment order in the name of DHA Multan for PKR 1,000.
