The Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore has set January 31 as a fee waiver basis for prospective candidates for plot ballotting in the DHA Lahore Overseas Enclave (located in phase VII of the Residential Scheme).
The project consists of 1 Kanal residential and 4-8 Marla plots with a 3-year easy installation plan. Payments can be made through cash, payment orders, or direct deposit through common banking networks or newly launched Roshan digital accounts.
In addition, development work on overseas Enclave took place in November after the venture commencement ceremony.
Overseas Enclave is easily accessible from Burki Road and has immediate access to the airport, Lahore Cantonment and Ring Road.
